First execution:
Cleaning is carried out professionally and with very careful treatment. Manner of execution are left to the contractor left.
Second appointments:
Dates for completion of the work and the delivery of the work carried out will be met as possible. They shall be agreed in writing to be binding. Claims of any kind can't be delivered late or derived.
Third insurance:
Damage to the objects handed over for processing are covered by liability insurance. (Exceptions see paragraph)
4th complaints:
Any complaints must immediately, no later than 4 working day after the delivery, in writing. After that date, the services are considered with the contract provided and approved.
5th Cleaning services London:
For damages not caused by improper or negligent treatment or processing, is not stuck. The contractor reserves the right to articles in which damages are expected to be displayed or to reject unprocessed. In particular, no liability can be accepted for any damage caused by the condition of the goods, such as insufficient strength, color inauthenticity, every small defects, improper earlier treatment and the like. Removing stains is only insofar as this is possible without very damaging the color and fabric.
6th payments:
The commissioned works are to be paid immediately after completion and handover. When invoicing, payment is payable in full within 12 days.
