Undertake upholstery cleaning

Upholstery furniture makes our house, office or even a garage (for few) look beautiful and complete. But upholstery cleaning becomes the major issue and without proper cleaning, you can soon kiss goodbye to your valuable 'buys'. When you purchase a piece of upholstery furniture, you are given a guide, manual or a maintenance 'bible' by the manufacturer, which is, inclusive of various chemical cleaners and solutions that have to be used for cleaning and maintaining your furniture. Most of us are old school and prefer natural methods and solutions to do our cleaning chores. Similarly, for upholstery cleaning we opt for non-toxic methods, which, will not only harm the furniture but also ensure that our environment is safeguarded too (think of the corroding ozone layer!) Is there any natural and a non-toxic way to clean upholstery furniture? First and foremost, our couches and sofas experience the reality, same as we face the fact of life, which is, they bear the pressure and the grind, just like us human beings. This goes apt to say for households with kids and pets, where couches and sofas are bound to feel the heat, for example, urination (both because of kids and pets), dirt, grime and even snack particles messed around because of the grownups (adult kids!). Here, are few methods that are not only non-toxic and natural but effective enough to undertake upholstery cleaning. Whipped detergent: The whipped detergent comes with foamy formula that helps in the dispersal of its elements throughout the furniture and coats the stained spots in the most effective manner. Use a soft brush or cloth and scrub the furniture. Once done, rinse it off with the use of a soft brush again. Do keep in mind to make solutions of liquid detergent and water in equal quantity, but never use detergent that you use for your laundry. Vacuum your upholstery furniture, with a soft brush on a weekly basis: Here is your weekly chore that will make upholstery cleaning an easy process. We all mutually detest vacuuming, but it vital and must be done to clean couches and sofas every week, with the use of a soft brush. It will help in removing all the dirt and loose soil from the furniture.
